If you plan to visit this store pack your patience, a picnic, a tent, and a pillow because you are going to be camping out for awhile. You might also take along a thermos with a vodka martini to ease your nerves. I visited the store today after spending no less than 2 cumulative hours on the phone with Verizon support in India. The task was simple (until it wasn’t) : activate my new phone that I received in the mail and associate my number and cellular service with the new device. When I arrived at the store my blood pressure was already sky high because being cut off from all communication-especially with your children who are scattered around town waiting to be picked up is ridiculously stressful and absolutely the MOST helpless feeling. I was greeted by a couple of nice individuals and my name was put onto a waiting list. It’s important to note that I saw 4 people in Verizon shirts but for some reason only one person was authorized or qualified to handle each person’s needs and she was wrapped up with the same customer for more than an hour. There were several people ahead of me with painful looks on their faces like they had just spent their entire day waiting there. FYI store manager: they all jumped ship before they were helped! I waited for 10-15 minutes then asked an associate if I could please use their land line to reconnect with Verizon India. (side note: when you are activating a new phone with an eSIM you have to call from another line. Who on this entire planet has a landline or spare and active phone just sitting around?) Anyway, it became clear to me very quickly that the only priority and function of this store was to sell new phones and not to assist or service existing accounts. 30 more painstaking minutes of not understanding anything on the other end of the phone I had to be more assertive and ask an associate to please take a look at my phone. I don’t think she was happy about it but it was obvious that I was on the verge of a meltdown. She was actually terrific at solving my problem. I don’t know why she couldn’t have helped sooner but I’m grateful for her assistance. Sorry Verizon but there’s got to be a better way. I’m still trying to understand why 3 of the 4 associates could not assist anyone with anything other than cases and screen protectors. How many people are coming in for those items that you need a dedicated team of 3? I am still trying to understand how a business lets 5 customers who obviously wanted new phones walk out of the door! I’m still trying to understand just how we got HERE. I’m old enough to remember a time when you could walk into a Verizon store and a bunch of friendly and eager “techy” guys named Chad or Steve or Kevin would have you fixed up and out the door in minutes. God bless you all for showing up to your job but I’m going to say a prayer that I never ever have to do this again.

Alexandra (I think was her name) was super polite and very helpful got us all set up with a new iPhone and answered every question we had and even saved us a little money!

Came in 45 mins before close and was told I couldn’t be helped and to come back tomorrow. So, I walked across the parking lot and got ATT phones. This location is understaffed every time I’ve been there.

I have a iPhone 14 and use Verizon and service is lousy all over Florence. The phone will show 4 bars and 5G and nothing will load if I am not on WIFi. So, either Verizon, Apple or both suck!

Nice store. Only about 2 people know what they are doing and are very helpful.Big guy needs to go, doesn't listen, rude, and very condensing.

First of a BIG SHOUT OUT to Dustin. He is a very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable associate. He quickly analyzed and solved the problem that was causing my phone to not work properly. It took him about 10 minutes to do so. Yes, I did have to wait approximately 30 minutes until it was my turn. But folks, that is the nature of the cellular world these days! Go in and queue up or make an appointment! Take a deep breath and chill!

Highly recommend this place! I had a doctors appointment soon and they got me in and out in like 10 mins, with a brand new iPhone 14. I’m young and have no credit but they helped me out and got me what I needed! Savannah (I hope that’s how you spell her name) was the employee that helped me and she was super polite and lovely to work with, and she explained everything perfectly for me to understand. Give her a raise!!

One thing always amazes me. No matter which cell store you frequent, it's like waiting to see a doctor. We recently switched to AT&T. Regretted it ever since. Verizon signal has always been better than most. Service, when needed, has been good as well.We switched with the understanding our bill would go down. It hasn't happened and actually a bit more. So as soon as we can get past paying for the new phone. (That was supposed be reduced.) We'll be switching back to this Verizon store location.

Representative was very informative when adding new line. Also had talked to tech support for over 2 hrs beforehand. In store rep took care of problem.
