Alabama Credit Union is known for its friendly and professional service. Many customers appreciate the helpful staff, especially when moving to the area or resolving issues, such as scams. However, some clients have experienced frustrations with mistakes in account management, including paycheck deposits and savings amounts. Overall, while many enjoy their banking experience, a few have faced ongoing problems that have tested their patience.
I was there last Friday with my husband on a very busy time and the guy (I guess his name is Guiseppi) took all the time to help us. He was super nice and friendly. We just moved in the area so we appreciate he made us feel welcomed in this bank.

I have been banking here for 2 years and never had an issue until today. I had a fraudulent transaction on my account and the guy at the front desk couldn’t even give me the time of day to help me out. All he did was give me a card with a 1888 number to call. Very poor customer service.

I've been with ALCU for twenty years, and have always received kind, professional service. Recently my account was scammed and the credit unions quickly resolved the matter. Kudos to ALCU!!
