I love the how maintained the complex is in general that shows how much they care about where they work and want their tenants to live in a clean environment. Thank You”

“I had lived with Annandale for 5 years and had issues as everyone else did. However when the new apartment Manager took over and she had found out about the mailbox being broken. She had it promptly fixed. I had accumulated over the allowed amount of animals(4 dogs) and was never worried about being kicked out due to that. Sally had done some damage and the apartment had 5 years of wear/tear on the floors and walls but I wasn’t charged for extra fees. She works within her limits and helps when she can. Good luck. ❤️ It can be hard to turn a place around that was neglected for years.”

“Kipling Meadows is a lovely, well planned community. We love the size of the neighborhood, the beautiful & spacious homes, all with 2 car garages & big driveways. Beautifully cared for, large privacy fenced back yards provides quiet outdoor relaxation….even covered porches! ?Community Manager Katlynn is very friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and helpful to the residents. She showed us the available homes, answered our questions, and helped us to feel comfortable. She really cares for the residents.
