“I grew up there in apartment 40. It holds many good memories for me, I could tell you a thousand stories of growing up here too. The rain on the sidewalk, riding my scooter from my apt to the dumpster and back. Running around in the grass and rolling in the white little weeds. Balancing on the wooden pegs on the hill and pretending im in a circus. every now and then when we are in robertsdale we swing by and drive around the complex to see how it's changed. Things are a little different but the memories remain. I plan to move back here after college.”

“My disabled brother lives there and enjoys it. Very well managed and is kept clean and organized. Overall very nice and secluded from noise and traffic. Good neighbors within the complex as well.”

“3 bed 2 bath. Currently $460 a month, although they can and will raise rent (rent was only raised by $10 last time). If something "breaks" while you're renting (battery in smoke detector, kitchen lights, AC, refrigerator) they fix it ASAP. They are very polite. Quarterly inspections and quarterly pest control is something I had to get used to- so someone is coming into your apartment 7-9 times a year just for a type of inspection. But you can't really complain since the rent is so low and they do their best to keep your unit looking nice and pest free! (And they give you a MINIMUM notice of 24 hours for the inspections)”
