Reserved the car months ahead of time for an 8 am pickup. It is now 9am and I'm sitting here waiting for them to clean the car for me to use it. Friendly staff, but not efficient.

No ability to drop after hours even though theres a sign to do so. Got charged extra time because they also opened late the next day. Terrible.
