“I was at the Tanger Outlets in Foley and I came into Kay Jewelers in need of a few links taken out of my watch and Desmond was quick to help me and was extremely patient in helping me find a comfortable fit for my watch. He made good conversation with me the entire time and even wanted to see my jump shot when I mentioned I played basketball. In a world full of hate and uncertainty it was extremely refreshing to meet Desmond. He changed the links in my watch maybe 4 times to make sure it fit comfortably and after that he even told my mom that I was well mannered and that she did a good job with me. Desmond was extremely nice and went above and beyond, we need more people like Desmond!”

“I went shopping @ the Foley, Ala location & the 2 ladies there were so personable & helpful & very knowledgeable in the fashions ideas!
One of the ladies had just returned from a trip to the same area we’re taking a riverboat cruise to see!
She not only knew the latest trends she helped me pick out proper attire for the trip!
My husband & I both enjoyed her conversation as well as the trip tips she gave us!!
The manager there was very helpful & friendly!!!
