Labcorp is a healthcare company providing routine medical testing and screenings. The patient experience is centered on efficient service, with easy online scheduling and a check-in system that often allows patients to wait in their car. The process is generally described as quick and painless, with results available through an online portal. Feedback highlights that the staff is consistently friendly, pleasant, polite, helpful, and efficient, even when extremely busy. Technicians are noted as being good at drawing blood. However, a common and significant critique is that the facility is grossly understaffed and the employees are overworked, with often only two people handling both front desk and lab duties. This can lead to wait times, a crowded waiting area with too few chairs, and visible stress for the team. Specific complaints about the physical location include a disgusting carpet and a need for general renovations to make the lobby more presentable and pleasant. Customers urge corporate management to invest in cleanliness, hire more staff, and improve conditions, arguing that the dedicated frontline staff deliver good service despite these corporate shortcomings.
I cannot stand and I’m not alone. Why can’t there be chairs for your customers. It’s terrible you can’t have a place to sit for the handy cap

First, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. However, even though we had an appointment, we waited a full hour before being taken back to the 1 phlebotomist for the blood drawn. Walk-in patients were seen before us. The waiting room was overflowing. They have a least 4 rooms, but apparently not enough staff
