Every time I have had bloodwork done, I did not have to wait but under 5 minutes, I was seen on time. It is best to make an appointment because they stay so busy. Edrice does my blood work and she is so sweet and professional and knows what she is doing. I highly recommend LabCorp.

Lady up front very very rude .I sat there 2 hours had doc orders for test and she was taking those who came in after no appointment but their doc faxed orders over: I’ll never use that lab corp in foley again. I’ll go somewhere else.

The girl who did my bloodwork needs some more experience she had to put the needle in twice before she found my vein and my arm is black a spot about the size of a pancake on my right arm I was not happy at all

Not a great experience for my mom what so ever. Both of the ladies weren't able to draw blood from her veins. She has cancer and lyphodema so her veins are very small and her right hand is the only place they can draw blood from. But they argued with her the entire time and made her feel stupid for trying to explain to them the reason why they can't use a tourniquet on her arms because of her lyphodema. Very disappointig.

Terrible service Do Not Go here. Only part of my results came back. Waiting to see if it is lost. Go to Lister Labs in Foley. Doctor can't order meds until lab results are back, and I am suffering still because of their incompetence.

Positively incompetent Handed the lab request to the lady at the desk. We had come from one floor up in the elevator with the lab request in hand walked 20 feet to their door. Two hours later she called us to the desk and said' I didn't get your lab request'. Walked back upstairs go two more copies and told her to say she had received them

Unfortunately there are 2 lab techs and they are so busy. But they work their butts off and are very pleasant even though they are under staffed and over worked. I especially love "E's " personality and humor. Keep up the good work ladies. Hope everyone is understanding of your situation. Good luck!

I have been there twice, schedule both times easily on line. When I got parked, I checked in using the text message they sent and was able to wait in my car. Both times I was messaged to come in within 5 minutes, and taken right back for the lab work. Both technicians were good with the stick and friendly, even though they were super busy. 5 star service! Thank you Ms. Edrice and Miss Victoria! ?? Being a nurse, I’ll be sending my patients your way.

It's easy to give 5 star reviews when all goes well but in my case I give 5 stars and not all perfect! In this case the internet was down for automatic check-in. This was not due to Labco or employees but the internet provider. I could tell the staff was a bit stressed because unfortunately not all customers have patience. The lady (Edrice) explained the situation to me and how she had to hand-write things due to internet issues. I will give 2 STARS to Labco corporiate for a couple things. If you are going to do medical procedures MAKE YOUR LOBBY PRESENTABLE. Carpet is disgusting. People standing in hallway due to not enough chairs (4 chairs but they could add easily 4 more). Two times I have been in GROSSLY UNDERSTAFFED. 2 People working in day and one has to take care of the front desk.Labco needs to invest in some renovations and hire more staff at this over-worked facility. Huge shout out to Edrice for having to deal w/ these management issues. They are on the front line and the services is good. Process was quick and painless.COME ON Labco. Stop sacrificing quality, cleanliness adn service for corporiate profits. Hire more people and replace your carpet. Spruce up the office. Make it pleasant. I will give them more chances but will look elsewhere if the conditions are not improved.

Went above and beyond to contact my Dr. to get correct test ordered. Waiting room was filling up as she helped me, but she polite and helpful to everyone. Thank you!!!
