I just enjoyed a mile swim prior to going into the hospital tomorrow for a procedure. I always believe in fitness I should be doing more. Blood trail around the country.

I love this place! First time for me after Hurricane Sally, and it's absolutely wonderful! Staff is great, Barbara was at the front desk and checked me in, and helped me, she was great! Diana was an amazing Shine Dance teacher. Had so much fun - love the group!
