“Clean store friendly staff and well stocked store. If you ever stop and you like the everything seasoning try the everything sourdough bread. Wish all the aldi stores would have it. It’s my favorite.”
“We were in Gulf Shores celebrating our granddaughter’s birthday and stopped by Publix to pick up a cake and a balloon—and they absolutely made our day! The staff was so friendly and helpful, making the whole experience quick and easy.
The cake was beautiful and delicious, and the balloon added the perfect festive touch. You can always count on Publix for quality and great service, even when you’re away from home. Thank you for helping us make her birthday extra special!”
“Best Walmart experience EVER! It turns out, people matter! I had given up on expecting any customer service from Walmarts nationwide, but this one little Market store was a true glimmer of hope. People were SO helpful…EVEN AT SELF-CHECKOUT! I hate that I didn’t get the curly/long-haired man’s name who was running the self-checkout area, but he was very appropriately engaged/proactively serving us customers. He read my mind and brought me an empty cart to transfer my groceries into. He transferred my large/heavy items (i.e., cases of water, etc) into the cart, and talked to us like neighbors. He didn’t the same for ALL the customers, it seemed. I knew I had to write a review, just because of him!
But THEN!!!!!….
As I unloaded my cart and returned it to the cart corral, I saw another Walmart employee walk straight over and grab my cart to put it away. Then I saw him go to another customer and offer to grab her empty cart so she wouldn’t have to go out of her way. As I drove away, I looked and the cart corrals I passed and they were ALL empty. So I drove around the entire parking lot, looking for stray carts… NOT-A-ONE! Instead, I saw the cart-guy hustling back and forth getting carts at this fairly busy Walmart Market. I HAD TO ask his name. It was RAYMOND.
Raymond and Curlylonghaired Self-checkout guy, you made my trip to Orange Beach AMAZING!”
“This Grocery Chain is fantastic! I live in Memphis and only have Kroger grocery stores. They are the worst. Publix is so well organized well kept and CLEAN! The employees take pride in their jobs and their store. I will always shop at Publix where I can find onePublix please, please come to Memphis and open 2 to 3 stores. You will run Kroger out of business and out of town!!!!”
“Employees hustle and are eager to help. The store is clean and produce is organized. I was disappointed in the selection of what was available-there weren’t any red peppers sold individually-or containers of uncut mushrooms etc. It’s a small and busy store.”
