“I normally go to Walgreens but Forestdale Pharmacy is my new go to for prescriptions. My first time yesterday was amazing. I called and didn’t get an answer and she called right back. What’s even better is that by the time I got dressed and got there my meds were ready. Not even a full 30 mins and I had what I needed. I highly recommend.”
“For the past year I haven’t felt like a profile or a number like I did prior as a 7 year CVS customer. I don’t get rushed off the phone or get generic answers when seeking advice & guidance on my medications. My medications are always available, filled & ready for pick up before I realize it’s time for them. I will never go anywhere else. I feel this is how a person’s pharmacist should be engaged with their customers.
I believe the employee’s & pharmacist genuinely love their career’s & care about their customers this is extremely hard to find these days!!

“I have been having medication compounded for my cat here for about 3 years now, and it has always been a very good experience. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. While I try to make sure I call in prescriptions with 48 hours notice, there have been some times I have misjudged how much medication Claude has left, and the staff have always made sure that we get a refill before he runs out of medicine. I really appreciate this!”
“Kessler's pharmacy has been the only place my family has ever used for medication, both over the counter and prescription, for I know at least 45 years. They have awesome sales and deals as well as reasonable prices on everything from health and beauty to jewelry. Even though I don't live in Tarrant anymore and haven't for many years, I still go out of my way to do business at Kessler's pharmacy.”

“I should have come to Weldon's years ago. Four years ago , I moved to Hueytown . The big box pharmacy I was using has been on a steady decline for sometime. I moved my prescriptions to Weldon's on Oct 11 2024 They made feel very Welcomed. . On Oct 12 I had a question for the Pharmacist, and he promptly answered my question , showing knowledge of my condition and medication as if I had been his patient for years . Today, (Nov 7) I had a prescription refilled, I got prompt and courteous service , in spic and span clean store. And they had all the over the counter items I need at very reasonable prices, Weldon's is a friendly and very professional pharmacy. My only regret is not bringing my business to Weldon's sooner. I'll be back in Weldon's next month for my prescription refill.”

“Hometown feeling, small pharmacy, one on one service. Always friendly, always convenient, and never much of a wait time. I like using it more than the larger chain pharmacies. For those who may be wheelchair dependent, there is a handicap space and ramp near the front entrance as well as a drive thru pick up window. Very convenient.”

“Last month was my 1st time using this pharmacy. I called to make sure they had the RX, yes they had it so I had my doc to send it to them because none of the pharmacy in Tuscaloosa had the medication. I called to make sure they had it, wasn’t until I got back from getting my car serviced at Hyundai in Bham when I got home, called again and it was ready. So I had to make another trip but it was worth it because no pharmacy had it here in Tuscaloosa at the time. Friendly staff and very helpful.”

She remembers me and is quick to jump in whenever I need assistance, with both friendliness and knowledge. It's hard to find both of those qualities in people!”
“Mill's Pharmacy in Gardendale is the friendliest drug store I've ever encountered. Hunter, the pharmacist, Emily, a tech, just couldn't be nicer. Honestly, everyone that works there is incredibly wonderful. They go above and beyond for their customers and truly work to help you. When you are very ill, it's nice to see a smiling face. Even when you don't need medicine, they have a warm gift shoppe. This store is a gem in Gardendale. We are blessed!”

“There has aways been something warm and welcoming about walking into a family owned pharmacy. The Harbin Discount Pharmacy is located in the heart of Crestline and it is something spectacular. It is not just a pharmacy they have some beauty items, some home decor and most importantly they have some of the nicest people working here. This is a feel good type of business. You are not only supporting a family owned and operated business, but you are getting the customer service that you would not typically get if you were at a CVS or other generic pharmacy around. Pharmacists who will take the time to explain exactly what the prescriptions are and how you will feel when taking them, also what do do if any of the sid effects make you feel a little wonky. I think I might have to make the switch to a family owned pharmacy, rather then fielding my money into others like CVS or Walgreens. You feel better and better taken care of at the family owned anyway.”
