Her personality is friendly, silly, caring, and helpful. She's so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in her work and in life as well. I've seen nothing but hard work, kindness, and genuine desire to help her customers. She connects genuinely with so many of her customers, which is an amazing quality to have in an employee. “I had nothing but great experience with this USPS especially Kim. I had a package sent to an address that apparently was undeliverable so it was lost in usps purgatory. I went to this office and spoke to Kim, she took my number and said she would call if it returned. 4 days later and Kim calls me to say the package is there and she will hold until I arrive. received has been handled with care and delivered promptly. It’s clear that Kim at this USPS truly values customers. Kudos to you Kim!!!Five stars all around!”
