Parker and her supervisor Kiera helped me so well today. We need more worker like them. They are absolutely the best and should be recognized!!! They were the sweetest! Absolutely no attitudes what so ever!! It’s a good feeling to have good people care about the community

Letter carrier left a notice in the mailbox saying no one was available for a signature. She didn’t even attempt to come up the driveway or to the door. This is a regular habit of hers. I’m just tired of her not doing her job correctly, so I decided to write a review.

The clerk performance evaluation system is incorrectly configured. The rating is displayed on the control panel in front of the clerk, making it difficult for customers to provide an accurate rating. Furthermore, the clerk independently selects the highest rating without any embarrassment.
