“Employees were very helpful. I wish I had read between the lines when the girl who was fitting me mentioned the new-to-me brand Twisted X could be difficult with warranty. I figured such a high priced boot wouldn't need a claim anyway. There is some confusion when store says they offer warranty for three months but Twisted X says a year. Store suggested I go through Twisted X, but they turned down my warranty claim when the soles separated from the boots in under a year. I guess that's "normal wear and tear" for Twisted X. Would buy from here again, but not Twisted X brand.”

“I honestly love this boutique. It's great to have a place like this in a small town with few shopping options. There's a wonderful selection of women's clothing. While some are higher priced, keep in mind this is high end clothing..and there are also mid level priced options. In addition, she always has a good selection of clearance items at amazing prices. She also has a large selection of gift items for all ages. The children's items are wonderful. I created my daughter's Easter basket solely with items purchased here & she LOVED it! My experience with service has always been positive. The owner has always taken the time to help me & talk with me. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of children's clothing. She use to have a good selection of children's clothing..clothing I usually can't find close to home..but the last time I was in most of it had been removed. But that could be due to a lack of interest. Overall I definitely recommend.”
