The store is a go-to for gravel, top soil, grass seeds, trees, and bushes, offering anything you need for working on your house or yard. Many associates are very helpful, greeting customers, personally taking them to the exact location of items, and helping figure out which product is better for a project. One associate creatively helped a customer get an order ready without a long wait. A department manager also helped redefine some plumbing issues. However, some feel this location has issues that need resolved, as some staff act like they don't want to be bothered. Despite this, customers report they will be back to finish their projects.
