“Friendliest staff willing to go out of their way to help you. They had what I needed that the big stores couldn’t supply. The world could use a lot more local stores like this”

“This is the place for hard to find items. Prices are competitive and better than many places, including many online stores. The help was more than generous and worked hard to find the things I needed. They carry many things from electrical to plumbing and wiring. And much more. Need a hard to find item, check here first.”

“I appreciated how prompt Mason got me an invoice and arranged my duck house building supplies to be delivered quicker than Lowe’s could. Great communication and service, and I will be getting the rest of the supplies I’ll need from them. For the same quality or better than Lowe’s, it’s worth supporting a local business!”

“I went in to get a few things for the farm and was greeted as soon as I went through the door. While I was looking around an employee asked if I needed help finding anything. The prices have gone up at Harbor Freight. Which is disappointing. This store though has no control over that and does not reflect in my Rating. Overall good experience.”

“I recently had a very bad experience with Sears.com in relation to a cancelled order. Numerous calls and emails to Sears.com provided no results. The owner of this Sears Hometown Store qucikly resolved the issue in less than five minutes. If I need to place an order I will only contact this Sears Hometown Store. This is based upon the friendliness and quick response to resolving the issue I had with Sears.com I will never place an order with Sears.com again.”
