“Visited twice recently. First we were made aware of charges that were on our account. That shouldn’t have been. We were able to resolve because of this information. The second time we were activating and transferring a phone for my dad. Brittany, I believe was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and laughed with us as we goofed off with my dad’s struggles. We will be back soon.”
“I didn't even know this place existed. My son was having problems with his phone charging. The gentleman behind the counter cleaned the port area out, and now it works great. The fee was extremely reasonable.”

“walked in and told the rep. that helped us we were looking to walk out with two new iphones. my husband and i were in there maybe just a little over an hour and left with two iphone 14 pluses. we decided to only keep the phone insurance and the apple arcade+ apple music and we wanted unlimited talk, text and data and just a little hotspot in case it’s needed. our first bill came out to $323 which isn’t bad considering that includes the activation fees for each phone. our monthly bill after that is only $224. it was definitely a stellar experience.”

“This place was great! I took my phone to the place I got it and they were like you can upgrade and pay 30 extra on your bill for the next two years but we can't fix it. I took it to cell way and he fixed it for 60 and gave me a loaner phone while he done it!”
“Its good unless your want an iPhone and they don't keep them in house they have to order them and it takes up to three weeks to come in. But the are a great group of people who takes care of whatever you need.”
