walked in and told the rep. that helped us we were looking to walk out with two new iphones. my husband and i were in there maybe just a little over an hour and left with two iphone 14 pluses. we decided to only keep the phone insurance and the apple arcade+ apple music and we wanted unlimited talk, text and data and just a little hotspot in case it’s needed. our first bill came out to $323 which isn’t bad considering that includes the activation fees for each phone. our monthly bill after that is only $224. it was definitely a stellar experience.

Careful using bank card here. I bought I phone, paid services in store, two days later had another charge for 96 dollars appear on my account. Some how my account was scammed through this location. Now I have to wait two weeks for new bank card.

Shell of the communication giant that it used to be. I've never really liked their retail stores it is annoying and bothersome to check in. He get better deals really going through Walmart joining Verizon to be honest or using the website

Generally pretty positive experience with this store. Today being a good example. Had new phone overheating when taking photos and doing basic web browsing, which the customer care rep on the phone said was totally abnormal and confirmed the temperature spikes with diagnostics on their end. So they sent me back to the store to get my unit exchanged for a properly functioning one.They were courteous and polite today, and thoroughly evaluated my issue and concurred with what the customer care rep said on the phone and got my unit exchanged. And they let me stick around while my content from the overheating device transferred over to the replacement device, which so far under the same circumstances has done much better and not overheated. Good customer service today.

Old guy is a RICHARD and needs to go work at Walmart as a greeter, bc he doesn't know what the heck he is doing..Couldn't even swap my phone like I asked. That's fine I got it on the website. No commission for you Richard!?

Walked in with over $1000 in my pocket to buy a phone. Employees were so busy with their script that I couldn't get a word in edge wise to just buy a phone. I'll just order my phone online. My dad was with me to buy phone lines for his business, and was literally told that they couldn't even speak with him without his ID. I hope these guys don't work for commission. I'm disappointed because all my previous experiences at this store have been great.

Waiting over 40 minutes, 5 people running around and only 2 helping customers! They don't have diddly in the way of accessories unless you have an iPhone. No restrooms! Told to go to Burkes to use one, and lose my place in line, no thank you!
