“So, today was one of the craziest days of my life . I live in Samson, but I work right up the road from these guys. My brakes started grinding last week, and have been getting progressively worse. Today, I was leaving working to go home for my break at 1:45, and had both of my windows down on my 2010 Toyota tundra. I stopped at a red light, and heard a bunch of clanking, and something metallic hit the ground. Y'all! I get out of the truck, and there laid my whole brake pad, glowing red. I had to grab a towel to pick it up. I pass by this shop everyday, and something just told me to pull right in. I had no appointment. After a brief conversation with Jerry, showing him the brake pad, and telling him I had to be back at work by 4( and I was a squalling mess!) Jerry told me it wasn't safe to move my truck until we got it fixed. He and his staff went right to work, and I was back on the road SAFELY at 3:30. What Jerry didn't know is that this interaction gave me HOPE and peace of mind. It has been a ROUGH couple of years, and this gave me the strength to finish my day, without wondering if I would make it back home to my family. The staff were super fantastic, and I was able to charge my phone. I wish there was a 10 star recommendation. The prices were completely wonderful, and for them replacing both back rotors and new brakes, I was super grateful for what they did for me! I will be back, with big ole fat cinnamon rolls for them! Thank you Jerry, and God bless you and your staff. Thank you for being a ray of light in a world that has so much darkness!”

“I recently had new tires and an alignment done at another shop that I thought was reputable, but the alignment was terrible-my 2008 Toyota Tacoma actually drove worse than before. I wasn't happy at all.
The next morning I called Dan Ray Tires and spoke with Jon. I explained what happened and what I needed, and he was eager to help. As soon as I arrived, he got my truck on the rack. His alignment was spot on-he even showed me the readings on the alignment machine and give me a print out. Now my 2008 Toyota Tacoma drives perfectly!

“I’ve been using Roy’s Tires for four years and it has always been a pleasure going there; welcoming smiles, personal attention, and a nice place to sit and wait if you can’t go home and return later. My Mitsubishi always received the best service, and the prices were always reasonable. Sometimes they went above and beyond like the time that the mechanic called me into the garage to answer all my questions about my tires, and gifted me with a stick gauge. It was a nice gesture.
After four years I am moving now to another part of Alabama, and I wish I could take Roy’s Tires with me because it’s difficult to find an excellent mechanic that is also honest and communicative. Thank you all.”

“I went to road Mart on Rucker Blvd today to get my usual oil change and tire rotation while my wife was at Dak auto (by suggestion of Chrysler of Enterprise) to get my thermostat changed out on my Jeep Wrangler. Dak apparently proceeded to argue with my wife on time of arrival, time of service needed, among other things. This was only after I scheduled and appt over a week ago. Because of those issues I asked a road mart rep if they did that type of repair and if they had the part. It was a yes on both. They were able to take my jeep in immediately and begin repairs. They took longer than expected, but it was worth it. There apparently was a leak in a hose at the connection. They had ordered and picked up the part in 10 minutes and was able to fix the part free of charge. I have been taking my vehicles to road mart for year and plan to continue to do so. They have great customer service, very good attention to detail on their maintenance and get it done right the first time. They even price matched the cost Dak would have charged me which in my mind was a loss for them. It's things like this that keeps me going back to them for all my automotive need and repairs.”

“Best Mechanic and automotive shop in this area owner Antonio is awesome and never charge you what these other shops would and they have one mechanic who knows his way round the cars I've seen him come back to work after they were over loaded with work and push out 10 cars alone and they also have another mechanic not so much fond of him at all Chris is his name I believe every car he does fix they have to bring it back to be fixed all over again by theain mechanic think his name is Zac

“After living in Daleville for 5 years, I finally found a trustworthy mechanic to take my truck to. After already trying two other local garages with horrible service, I had to venture into Enterprise. Welp, last month I was handed an estimate stating all the work my truck was gona need totalling over $2,000. Hesitant, I wanted a second opinion. Friends kept telling me about Donley's right in Daleville, I never even knew they existed. I was greeted right away by the lovely wife at the front counter and her office helper, Rocky. I explained to her what had transpired and showed her the estimate. She immediately got her husband Billy to look over the list and talk to me. After looking at my truck, Billy did confirm that part of the estimate was correct however, $900 vs $2200 is a way better deal. I had Billy do the work and my truck is no longer clunking and drives straight now. I am so happy I found them, they are my go to garage from now on.”

“We’re extremely helpful and timely in getting our windshield replaced! First time they arrived they pointed out that there was a big scratch on the glass, so they returned another day with a second windshield. After installation of the second windshield we noticed a weird warping while driving. So, they brought back a third windshield and swapped it for us! They also didn’t unplug the collision detection system during the multiple installations so we didn’t have to pay elsewhere to get it recalibrated. Highly recommend for auto glass needs!”

“Fantastic little shop, my truck transmission was starting to go out. Called them up to ask about rebuilding it and they gave me a quote right there. I said I’m looking at a transmission online to straight swap if that’s cheaper and they called out the exact transmission I was looking at and said they were garbage. Upon further review they were right. They said my truck would be done Wednesday if I dropped it off the prior Friday. And it was ready by Wednesday afternoon. No BS, no playing games, no busted timeline. Do recommend for all repairs that cannot be done at home.”
“Wish we had people like this where I live!Had a Chevy pick up with a noticeably miss. While visiting Ozark I took my truck by Heart of Dixie to have a look. They found the miss to be a loose plug wire. Fixed the problem in minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars. I am certain the dealership in my hometown would of put the screws to me. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there! Thanks!”
