“Great front desk staff. This is a very clean facility and the employees are constantly cleaning and checking out the rooms and equipment for the safety of patrons. I hope they replace the fiber glass pool ramp because it leaves little fragments of fiber glass in your feet. All the amenities work well and the pool is the perfect temperature.”

“I have been a part of this gym for many years. They have hands down the best coaches and most knowledgeable coaches in town. It’s the only CF affiliate in town(at the time of this review) if you need official scoring etc. It’s a competitive gym but Even if you are not competitive you feel at home. They strive for a big family environment and celebrate everyone’s achievements inside and outside of the gym. You CANNOT go wrong with this box!”

“Only problem I've had was Friday evening I was working out and some twenty somethings were blaring what they call music. I could hear it through my ear buds. Other than that great place to work out. Hannah is really nice and helpful.”

“The young lady (blonde hair about 18) really helped me explore the facility. I didn’t know what my membership included and she was so patient and kind! I can’t remember her name but she worked Tuesday night before 9pm. She was the best. The guys working with her were equally as helpful but I feel she went above and beyond”

“Great small gym. Perfect supplement to the main base gym. I like coming here because its clean, never crowded, kind attentive staff. The sauna ALWAY WORKS & IS HOT. Unlike the main gym male sauna is often luke warm or just off!The only thing about this gym is the front door gets locked at 4pm and you have to go around back which is weird and they take a little long to fix downed machines.Other than that its fine. Its still my go to gym on Nov.”
