“Great place, found myself here because of AIT, and stayed for the quality and cleanliness of the equipment. One suggestion though: if possible, see if we can add a punching and speed bag to the arsenal as well. Some of my battle buddies found ourselves going to the bigger gym solely for that.”

“Love this gym. However, if you come in to work out between 0530 to 0645, good luck having a good workout. Everyone on post in PT uniform seems to come in and workout during these times. All equipment is used and hard to even have a decent workout before starting work at 0830. It’s not like the ol days where PT was done outside. Besides that equipment are good and the staff is great. I do wish they remodel the showers and locker rooms. Seems old and dingy.”
