“The service was ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE! My truck would not start when I got in to go to work. I got a jump off, made it to O'Reilly. I was thinking I would have to get another battery. The Mgr, whose name I did not get, but will go back to do so. He and the associate working with him were so nice. He came out and checked my battery and alternator. Checked and cleaned my battery cables, inside and out. I have had no more problems.

Searching for a parts store nearby, and saw that O'Reilly (which is my favorite parts store)was just less than half mile from me. I am handicapped and on oxygen, so prompt help was needed. “I was on the way to visit my family over in Huntsville. On the way there, I stopped for gas at the Fultondale Exon. When I drove off my battery light came on and it was an inconvenience because it started raining outside. The car shut off and it would not crank up anymore, so I walked over to the Fultondale O’Reily and inside, Venancio was extremely helpful and patient, explaining to me all the different kinds of batteries and helped me find the one that would work for my vehicle. Before leaving, to top off the experience, Venancio made sure to run a battery, alternator and starter test for my car; very thorough. Very professional, great service, definitely would recommend to anyone in a tight spot like me.”
