“I came to get a car wash and my card kept declining because i’m a broke college student and forgot to put my paycheck on the right card. He gives me not one but two car washes because he wasn’t happy with the first one. Such good service and sooooo kind despite not having to be. I’m only home for the summer but i’m going to make sure everyone in my family comes only here from now on. So sweet and I won’t forget this ever and I will come back over and over.”

“I don’t know the gentleman’s name that got me setup yesterday at 12pm, but this is the type of customer service the world needs right now. He made sure I didn’t need any extra cleaner for my truck. Handing out extra towels while it was screaming hot and he had a great attitude while doing it. Took trash to a trash can for another customer. I WILL for sure be bringing my truck back and I don’t like to bringing my vehicles to an auto car wash. Raindrop you have my business! Keep up the good work!”
“These guys are THE BEST! I took my 2025 Z06 up there to get her a ceramic coat and they could not have done a better job. Customer service was on point, and I know they will be the ones I choose from now on. Very affordable and I will be returning to get my window tint done. They will also be my go to place to have it washed. Great place, I absolutely suggest anyone to take your vehicles here. They did not disappoint.”
“The man that owns this company absolutely cared about every single detail when he went into business for himself. As he stated, he stopped counting after 10,000 cars detailed. It seems to me that he also stopped paying attention to the tiny details that matter to those paying.
Areas not cleaned.
Door jambs, trunk or lift gate jambs
Inside gas flaps
Interior windows/windshields
Steering wheels with excessive body grease
A/C vents
Door panels ( window / door switches and handles) cubbies.
Wheel barrels and wheel wells
Sunroof tracks
All of these areas that were not cleaned are a combination of 2 vehicles cleaned on the same day. September 1 2024.
Claims to be afraid to clean engine bays, but not afraid to charge $75 for a "wipe down". Equaling that nothing in the engine bay is clean.
Overall I am content, even though what I paid for was not what I expected. If I could change anything, it would be that I could have been a customer in the 250's to 1000th car detailed. That is where I think this detailer would have put in the most effort.

The washer does great job. The only thing I would change is most of employees. When driving into car wash,they are looking at their phone or distracted to where they do not guide your vehicle into the carwash”
“This is a good place. The vacuums are powerful and hose ends narrow for tight spots. Unless it's filthy with dried bugs etc, the cheapest wash works fine. ( Customer prewash area is free) I even offered to let the attendant off the hook today regarding prepping w soapy brush. (I just had a thick layer of dust on my car) But he informed me the back wouldn't get fully clean so he washed around my tag area. Service!”
“When you ask to get a good prescrub when you get the top of the line wash, forget about it. Makes you wonder if you're getting what you pay for. There were still bird droppings on several places on my car.”

“This one is not as nice as the Trussville location, but still has free cleaning cloths and free cleaning bottles for cleaning inside your ride. No floor mat cleaning and no rims cleaning”
“Got my Ram 1500 washed outside and cleaned inside and they did an AMAZING job! Cheaper than any detailer I inquired with, less than 100 bucks. I tipped the guy that did it $15 because he literally had it spotless. Definitely coming back. Officially a repeat and loyal customer.”

“While my experience at the Southside location was good a few weeks ago, the carwash across town from me in Irondale on the same day closed an hour and 15 minutes earlier than posted. As I waited for the traffic light at that intersection, I saw a car come through the wash. By the time I drove into the driveway, barricades had been put up. The attendant would not approach the entrance to explain. I was not very happy”

“I don't know why this place has bad reviews. I visited this place to wash my Kayak. I have never used a self service car wash before so I called the owner, found his contact on one of the answers here. He explained me the process of getting the tokens and the pricing. I went to the place and was pretty unaware what to do. One guy helped me out understand the process. The foam brush was good, thick foam of soap and the pressure of the water was also pretty decent, I was able to clean my kayak really well. If you like taking care of you car this place is really a good option to go and clean your car by yourself. I'd visit again to wash my car next time. I saw issues related to credit card so I just used cash, but might try card next time.”

“This is the only car wash I use. The staff is just more helpful and nicer than the other locations I used to visit. When they aren't busy with other cars coming thru, they will offer to help clean windows, vacuum hard to reach areas (white Husky Glitter takes a long time to remove) or shine rims. The containers are always filled and in holders. If the roll of paper needs to be refilled, they do it with a smile. There's one young man that remembers me from my first visit and he always goes out his way to come get my rubber mats the first chance he gets free when he sees me. There are just small actions that makes this location better than other in the chain. All the mat cleaners always work. The one in Hueytown didn't even have machines the last time I was there. It takes me a long time to make my car look presentable again after transporting a large shedding dog, the guys always keep an eye on me just to make sure I'm ok. For these reasons and more, I passed by at least three other Goo-Goo locations and 2 units of another company to come wash my car on 280 even though the traffic can be hectic.”
