“My macbook screen broke, and this place had the most affordable prices around! The part was delayed coming in, so I had to wait a bit longer than expected but that could happen anywhere. My new screen looks fantastic and works just as well as the original one did! Would 100% come back again, though hopefully I never have to! I’m attaching pics of the before/after of my screen!”

“De'Arius at the Gardendale location will take care of your cell phone needs with professionalism and patience. I was in his store yesterday when an incredibly rude customer came in complaining about everything under the Sun.. De'Arius remained calm and cool.. the world needs more people like this!!”

“Met the owners last week when I dropped off my 45 year old BIC 940 Belt Drive Turntable. Got called back in roughly 4 business days, and the unit was cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted to perfection. This is nothing like the major repair shop in Nashville that couldn't get it done from May of 2022 to when I reclaimed it un-repaired in the following November of this past year. ERC is the Gold Standard for everything electronic.”
“They got my phone in at the last minute and worked to get it finished quickly. The staff was really sweet and the guy that helped me was awesome. I'm always happy with my service at this store.”
