“Today I came in trying to get a battery replacement ,to get me through the weekend but I knew it was time for another one phone all together and it was pretty close to being beyond fixable. Blake gave me the best options without taking advantage of me. He even went so far as to speak with a rep that was giving me the run around. At first , I was told a new replacement would be 275 and I would get it in 1-2 days. When Blake was finish. I paid nothing out of pocket and I am typing on the new phone now. He went over and beyond. He didn’t have too, I know it’s silly to fuss over a phone but I felt completely bless and relived when he got it resolved. So thank you and yall go and see him!”
