“FIND, TRADE, LOVE! I have heard about Sojourns through the grapevine, and have wanted to come by for a while now. Unfortunately, I don't typically find myself in Crestwood a whole bunch. Sojourns is a fair trade business which means they trade between companies in developed countries and producers in developing countries in which fair trade is paid to the producers. Nothing in this store is made in a factory, but instead is hand crafted. They had sections for all different types of items. Clothing, jewelry, knives/kitchen ware, snacks and toys. Everything is neatly organized too which is great. Sojourns is a great spot to find gifts for anyone and everyone. They have all sorts of different things inside. I winded up picking up some shower steamers which I am excited to use. The store is very organized, beautiful artwork with tons of things to look at everywhere you turn. The owner is super sweet. You can tell she loves what she does and is always happy to help you find what you are looking for. Whether that be a gift for yourself or so,some else.”

“Beautiful little shop. I was greeted by every employee . Every employee was busy with different tasks. I couldn't believe the customer service and the eagerness to assist. Everything in the store was breathtaking from perrienalls,annuals, containers, Christmas decorations and tropical plants. This is a really great place to visit for gifts and gardening. One employee even helped me back up into traffic by stopping cars. This is such a rare find. Great job guys !!!”

“Urban Suburban is a brilliant place. It's one of those spots you can find yourself walking around inside for hours. There a stalls where small business owners can put their pieces inside and you can purchase them. I loved just looking at all of the items in each of the stalls. From furniture, jewelry, home decor they have it all. I would definitely classify this spot as a place to find one of a kind gifts. I had messaged them on IG a while ago asking if they had any bags of jewelry for sale. I know that is a popular trend these days. Unfortunately they did not have that, but I do think it would be a good thing to add to keep up to date with the trends. If anyone is in the area looking for a spot to kill some time, I highly suggest coming into Urban Suburban.”

We wanted to add some of our own touches and they were prompt and professional in meeting with us even though they had a 4 hour drive to meet us. The work was done and installed very quickly and absolutely exactly what I had envisioned. I highly recommend them.”

“I had a bit of time before my hair cut at French and Towers this morning. Wanted to kill some time and decided to pop into Antique Market on Linden. What a hidden gem this spot is. It's located right next door to Caveat Coffee and has so much to look at. From furniture, kitchen ware and even some self care there is so,etching for everyone. Since I was just killing so,e time, I did not take the time I wanted and needed to really appreciate the shop, but from what I did see, this was a fantastic spot. I was greeted by two employees inside, they asked if I was looking for anything, but I was not. Just looking around. I did feel however that there were eyes on me at all times. Overall, cool spot. Lots to look at and appreciate. Will I go back... not so sure, but happy I gave it a chance when I did.”

I was pleased to find a free standing tub in "Biscuit" instead of white. The price was more than fair and they delivered it for free out to our home in Odenville. “Now I understand why everybody loves this store. It has anything you could possibly need for crafts, hobbies, decorations, holidays. I was able to buy a extra large Diamond painting for my boss as a Christmas present for under $25. The store is very clean, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about where products are. “THE REST IS STILL UNWRITTEN! I was trying to kill some time before meeting with a friend for lunch. Decided to walk around Mountain Brook a little bit. I had not had the opportunity to do so in the past so I figured why not. Stumbled upon this small stationary store. It feels very dainty and ritzy inside. The lady who works there was very nice. She was helping another customer when I walked in, so that gave me some time to look around a little bit. There were all sorts of goodies inside the store. Beautiful crystal picture frames, silk scarves, and a lot of variety of cards and stationary packs. This is defiantly the type of store to come to when looking for wedding gifts or just gifts in general. Mainly for the women in your life, as I did not really see a lot of inventory in the store for men. The prices might be a little high, but after all it is in Mountain Brook so it makes scene. Though I highly recommend checking this spot out. If you are ever in the area, go on in and see what you can find for a special person in your life.”

“I would have never know that this store was in the vicinity we where visiting unless my mother would have said something. She wanted to go walk in and see what type of furniture they sold. My wife and I were extremely glad that we did, because we purchased the perfect set of chairs from there for our dining room table. “This is really not a. "Store" in the retail sense It is an online auction house warehouse You can see items bundled together in lots. And you can go on line and bid on the lot. In a few days, you can come pick up your stuff if you win the auction. Lots of tools bundled together. Other stuff too It a lay person, this place looks highly unorganized, but I suppose they have it together.”
