“Urban Suburban is a brilliant place. It's one of those spots you can find yourself walking around inside for hours. There a stalls where small business owners can put their pieces inside and you can purchase them. I loved just looking at all of the items in each of the stalls. From furniture, jewelry, home decor they have it all. I would definitely classify this spot as a place to find one of a kind gifts. I had messaged them on IG a while ago asking if they had any bags of jewelry for sale. I know that is a popular trend these days. Unfortunately they did not have that, but I do think it would be a good thing to add to keep up to date with the trends. If anyone is in the area looking for a spot to kill some time, I highly suggest coming into Urban Suburban.”

“FIND, TRADE, LOVE! I have heard about Sojourns through the grapevine, and have wanted to come by for a while now. Unfortunately, I don't typically find myself in Crestwood a whole bunch. Sojourns is a fair trade business which means they trade between companies in developed countries and producers in developing countries in which fair trade is paid to the producers. Nothing in this store is made in a factory, but instead is hand crafted. They had sections for all different types of items. Clothing, jewelry, knives/kitchen ware, snacks and toys. Everything is neatly organized too which is great. Sojourns is a great spot to find gifts for anyone and everyone. They have all sorts of different things inside. I winded up picking up some shower steamers which I am excited to use. The store is very organized, beautiful artwork with tons of things to look at everywhere you turn. The owner is super sweet. You can tell she loves what she does and is always happy to help you find what you are looking for. Whether that be a gift for yourself or so,some else.”

“Such a wonderful place to buy exquisite items. The owners and staff are all so sweet and thoughtful. My husband buys a lot of my jewelry from here and it’s always in mint condition. The jewelry selection is phenomenal but they have so much more that’s worth taking a look at. The jewelry selection alone is a third of the price of any chain jewelry establishment. “This place is amazing! I stumbled in here to get my engagement ring resized hoping for the best since I had never been in before, and they did above and beyond what I expected!! The resizing was very clean and well done, and they cleaned my diamond better than any other place I've been!! It's sparkling so beautifully. I got to meet Eric the owner and he is the sweetest. Everyone is super helpful and the pricing is VERY FAIR for a resizing! Compared to every other place I've been, this was the best especially for the high-quality experience. Oh wait and, they only took 4 days and I dropped it off on a Saturday! Got it back on a Tuesday morning. So quick and efficient! Go here if you need to get a ring resized! I will for sure be back.”

“Great for hard to find jewelry items, Rolex and China. The Summit location is very friendly and has excellent customer service no matter what class of customer you fit in. The Mtn Brook location was very cold and lacked customer service for the ordinary customer. They were extremely accommodating for the upper class customers. Both locations have beautiful jewelry pieces and a wonderful selection. Clean, neat and safe to conduct business. I left the Mtn Brook location after feeling as if I was an inconvenience in their day and went to the Summit. Sales Associate by the name of Angela Jones was absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful.”

“The store is a little run down looking (water stains on ceiling, etc.), but the gentleman WHO has helped us two days in a row was very nice. He was all smiles, but remained professional. He assisted us with our inspection and cleaning of my wedding set and getting my Nightmare Before Christmas ring sent off for repair.We dropped the ring off on 1/11 to have the prongs fixed and black onyx stone reinserted. They estimated a return date of 1/21.I will update my review after receiving my repaired ring.SIDE NOTE:If you purchase a warranty/protection plan on your eligible jewelry then all cleaning, repair, and resizing, is free as long as you maintain your every 6 month inspection.”
