“Great store. Love the bakery! Recently ordered cupcakes and a tres leches cake for my daughter's 13th birthday. Chef's kiss and so beautiful!! I couldn't be more pleased. My daughter was very happy and the cake was exactly what she wanted. Other family members have ordered cakes for different occasions and never disappointed. Highly recommend!!”
“Mi Tierra Linda has catering!!! I had them cater our wedding and I was very pleased with the service. Very well priced compared to other businesses! They were set up and ready for all our guests when they entered the reception. Everyone and I mean everyone there complimented about the food. They had aguas frescas that were so good (in my opinion the cucumber and lime one was best). I’d recommend them to anyone who is needing good food for an event. Great people went above and beyond for us and our needs. Thank you for making our day special.”

“I was visiting friends in the west side of Birmingham and wanted some grocery items. I hadn't been in the area in over ten years. I was surprised to find that Marino's is still the only grocery store in the area. The prices were reasonable. The store was remodeled and upgraded. I wish there were other restaurants and stores in the area.”

“Staff is always very nice, usually not a long line. Switched from another big name pharmacy in Gardendale. Has been night and day difference. No drive-through, however that can't be helped because of location. Competitive on pricing if not using insurance or buying rx's for pet.”

“What a great store. I found a $3 dozen eggs with an obviously wrong sign at $1 they sold it to me for the $1. Then I found a .50 cent can of beans with a $10 sign so I paid $10 for it because that’s fair, right.”
“I've been going to this meat place for years now, and they also sell groceries and basic veggies. The meat goes pretty fast, so give them a call ahead of time if you want to be sure they have what you need!”

“The times I’ve had issues finding items is because their refrigerators were down and it was due to weather. For the amount of employees they have they are doing a great job. There is a mess at times but it’s just the customers not cleaning after themselves, they will open items and leave cold items through the shelf’s. They could probably use another two people.”
