If you want premium service, request Tyler. He is thorough on verifying maintenance history, diagnosing underlying issues and resolving complaints. Everyone there was very pleasant and/or helpful, but he stood out as a leader.”

“I would absolutely recommend saving space storage- Mt. Olive location! My organization went through a transition and we rented the office suite for a couple of months and it worked well for what we needed. Tanner was really helpful and always available if we ever needed him. The premise is secure and always clean. If you’re looking for a storage unit or even a small office, give them a call!”
“Great customer service at this location! I rented a truck online and the correct one was ready when I got there. I was checked in quickly by a friendly man at the desk. The truck was a bit battered and dirty, as all uhaul trucks are. I had no problems with the truck and dropped it back off on-time. The gentleman took the key and let me know that I could go, saying that he’d check me back in soon. I was a bit nervous about not getting a receipt but did leave. A few hours later, I checked on the uhaul website, and not only had he checked me in honestly (correct mileage, no damage, etc), he also gave me credit for the extra gas I bought. I was impressed and would happily use the convenient location again.”
“I'm officially a budget rental car fan. I had a reservation with enterprise and got screwed over. I reserved a vehicle and when I showed up I was told they didn't have my vehicle nor could I rent a vehicle with a debit card.
Budget not only found me a vehicle at the last minute they also allowed me to rent my vehicle with a debit card. The rental was also an upgrade to what I was going to rent from enterprise plus it was less expensive! Hats off to Budget rental cars at the Birmingham airport! Great job keep up the good work and excellent customer service. Thank you!”
