“I'm officially a budget rental car fan. I had a reservation with enterprise and got screwed over. I reserved a vehicle and when I showed up I was told they didn't have my vehicle nor could I rent a vehicle with a debit card.
Budget not only found me a vehicle at the last minute they also allowed me to rent my vehicle with a debit card. The rental was also an upgrade to what I was going to rent from enterprise plus it was less expensive! Hats off to Budget rental cars at the Birmingham airport! Great job keep up the good work and excellent customer service. Thank you!”
“Sara the manager at this location helped resolve a drop off problem that broke down 3 times via phone with main office, 1 time in person & several $ charges later with the Uptown location. She went the extra mile after I wasted hours on the phone dealing with my drop location a week later. And they still tried to stick her with the problem she was not involved in. Shady. Rent from this location.”
“I have recently had some bad experiences dealing with U-Haul locations, but my experience at this location was excellent! The guy behind the customer service counter was super friendly and my reservation was set and ready to go. I had absolutely zero issues with picking up the equipment and dropping it back off. Even though they aren’t the closest to me, I think I will make this my go to location along with the one in Vestavia. Those locations seem to get it right!”
