And they always let you know right away if your prescription is able to be refilled and also let you know when it’s ready for pickup. You never have to wonder!”

“First, let me say that I used a national chain pharmacy for years. There was always an issue almost every month—all kinds of problems, too many to even name. I once tried mail-order medications (before I knew the politics, monopoly, and steering behind that), and it was a terrible experience too. I finally tried Geraldine Drugs and I absolutely love them! I have been going there for a few years now, and it is a totally different experience. The pharmacists are within sight, and you can actually talk to a real person face-to-face rather than someone hiding behind plexiglass. They will even call you on the phone to speak with you directly. There has never been a medication mix-up, and I have never had to wait hours in line. I just call ahead, and my prescription is usually ready within 15 minutes! But here is the absolute best part of using them. Everyone knows our grandson, Colton, has an “autistic brain” (as he likes to call it). He is incredibly inquisitive and always wants to know exactly how everything works. He asks questions that my little brain can’t even begin to answer! On Saturday, he started asking all about medicine capsules—wondering how we can swallow them if they are “plastic,” and why the pharmacy is called Geraldine Drugs if “drugs are bad.” Since I needed to pick up my meds anyway, I decided to bring him with me. I took him up to the counter and told Brooke that he had a few questions for her. Brooke came out from behind the counter, over to Colton, and patiently answered every single question he had. It completely warms this CiCi’s heart when people show genuine kindness to my grands. Because of this, Colton now says he wants to be a pharmacist when he grows up! (Though it might also help that they sell dumplings squishes there, too, lol!). Thank you so much, Brooke, and the whole team at Geraldine Drugs. You truly never know how much a small act of kindness can mean to someone. ?”

“Everyone is so nice and friendly, if you have any questions or concerns about your medication or how to take it, They are there to help. Section pharmacy are not like big chain pharmacies where your just a number they actually care. And that in it self is worth it to me.”

“They are simply the best here. Your family and they treat you like you are. They go far above just being a Pharmacy. You can stop by or call if you have any questions. They talk to you about your medication and let you know what to expect. They also have a drive through in case your in a hurry or not feeling well. If you need a product for something they will take the time to advise you and help you out. I trust them and that's the very best thing I can say about anyone. I would not go anywhere else because no one will give you the personal attention that you get with Rodney and his Staff. I wish I could give them more then just 5 stars because they deserve it”

“I've had no real issues with the Fort Payne walmart, other than once in a while a medication I need isn't in stock and I have to wait a few days. I like that I get a message on my phone when my prescriptions are ready.
Sheila is just the sweetest, she always remembers most of my birthday, lol.. and Andrea is just a sweetheart and is so caring. I like our little consultations and that she makes sure I understand how to take/use new medications before I leave.
I've seen some people complaining about them being slow when you bring in a new prescription, you have to realize you are not the only person they are filling a prescription for and your new medication has to be processed and put into the system, approved by your insurance, then filled, you don't jump to the head of line just because "you" think you're more important than the other 100 people ahead of you..”
