“Call ahead for an appointment. Very through inspection of my front-end. They order parts for your repair visit (maybe a week later). They have a service bay that can receive C-class motor homes. Tommy, the mechanic, is friendly and very competent.”
“Top tier customer service! Was four hours from home and experienced significant engine problems on the highway. Found the closest Jeep dealership and thankfully it was Team One of Gadsden. Pulled our Grand Cherokee in and the staff reacted as if it was their very own problem. It was near closing time and Brian in Service said, ‘We are going to get you home tonight’. The issue was identified and the technicians found the problem was not as severe as initially thought. “Got in an accident, and took it to Cromcraft. The wreck popped my battery and it leaked all over the inside of the car's engine and hoses. They replaced the fender, and looks like new. They even took the time to remove/replace/clean all the parts with the acid on it. Top Notch!”
