“I wish I knew about Paul’s Mountain Meats before. I’ve been there twice so far. The first time I was greeted with country hospitality. Paul is great at explaining where his meats come from and how he butchers it. I’ve purchased fresh chopped meat, ribs, pork chops, pork butt, Ox tails, whole chicken, fresh farm vegetables, green tomatoes, and more. Paul is friendly and always willing to help. I’ve found my favorite fresh meat store! Oh and BTW…I baked the chicken. It was juicy and had a total different taste from the grocery store. The hamburger meat (chopped meat) didn’t have that weird smell you get from the grocery stores. In fact the chopped meat made my spaghetti taste better!”
