This bank will no longer get my business, they put a hold on an insurance check that was drawn off a bank and signed off on by a bank. I have been a customer for years .Update: So my husband and I have car loans with them, I wanted to trade my car in for a suv and Beth in loans said since we was on disability the debt to ratio didn’t show we could afford it. Nevermind I had the money in there to pretty much pay the car off. She said I would need to put 5k down or find a cheaper vehicle. I contacted her the very next day telling her I found something cheaper she would not even call me back. So I’m taking all my money out of this bank and going to USAA because they know how to treat people and not discriminate against people because of their disabilities. She saw I had the money to back up the loan and still denied me. Karma doesn’t have an expiration date and I hope her and the underwriters reap what they sow.

The loan department at the East Gadsden location is a joke. My husband and I have been trying to get a loan for two weeks and NO ONE will call us back when they say they will. And then when we call them NO ONE answers. Seriously considering changing banks. It’s almost like because my husband is no longer employed by Goodyear and part of the union they don’t want to help us.

I tried to pay my car loan payment today over the phone and the automated system wasn't working correctly so I called the bank and tried to pay it over the phone with them. While I was calmly explaining to the teller that the automated system isn't working correctly and needed to pay my loan over the phone she hung up on me!!!! I really wish I remembered her name because when I tried to call again they picked up and put me on hold right away. I tried to call again and again and someone else finally answered and got me to Mrs.Martha in the loan department and she handled it very professionally and I really appreciate her! To the rude lady find another job where you don't deal with the public if your job is that bad.

This is FSCU's "home office" location. Like the Rockmart, GA branch, staff here are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Never have a problem getting in and out quickly and accomplishing what I came in for.

I’ve banked with family savings for years now. I’ve always had a great experience. I talked to Alexis today who not only helped me with my account but also helped me understand the way one one of my loans work. Love this place!

I can not brag enough about my loan experience.Scott Carasick is an All-Star!He really went above and beyond to help me not only understand my car loan but used his experience with automobiles to help me get a vehicle I liked. He was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and polite as he guided me through the whole process. If you need to apply for a car loan and want to understand your investment, Scott's the guy.

Had an excellent experience with financing a vehicle for the first time, easy online application and the loan officer who quickly followed up in email and guided me through the whole process made it painless. Highly recommend getting a loan through FSCU especially right now with interest rates being so high they will get you a great deal.

Their phone system is awful. Ask for numbers and says they don't recognize them. On hold for an eternity and no one ever answers.

I always have an issue with the Family Savings and Staff at the East Gadsden branch. If it's not having to wait 30 to 40 minutes for service due to short staff. I was in the member service line 15 minutes before even being seen and was told there were only two workers there because the others were on lunch. And that there were already two people ahead of me . I was on lunch and didn't want to use my entire lunch there. I left and went to Rainbow City Branch and walked in, received service immediately and was out of there. I had to get another Debit card.

Just wanted to say y’all are absolutely amazing!! Had problems with an atm transaction and everybody that I was put into contact with went above and beyond to make me feel heard.A special thank you to Alexis and Stella. Stella for being so patient with me when I went in this morning completely frazzled to the point I couldn’t count my money. And Alexis for staying on the phone with me this afternoon for over 30 minutes answering every question i could possible have, you’re reassurance is 101% appreciated and not overlooked!

Mr. Tracy Queen provided excellent customer care in assisting us with the purchase of our new car. His professional advice and knowledge was spot on. He has patience with allowing his clients to make their decisions about what they want to purchase to fit their needs. The whole process was simple and easy to understand. Will never use this location again and really considering switching banks after how I was spoke to by one of the staff for something so minimal. I went through the drive thru and was asked for my account number, but I do not know it by heart and left my account card at home and I let her know that and she showed clear frustration, so I let her know I have my social security number if she needed that in order to deposit my money. She then rudely demanded “Do not yell that across the parking lot, you just don’t do that.” as if me knowing my social security number is an issue??? Keep in mind I did not give my social security number to her at any point during this conversation, then gave me issues over my address on check (business address) not matching my ID (home address) which also was wrong even though I had changed it in their system long ago. I’ve never been given issues like this when depositing my check. She was an older woman with glasses. Just quit your job if you are not happy with it and going to ruin someone else’s mood because of it.
