“Thanks to a lady named Marcy at the service desk I was able to find the perfect log set with remote control and temperature control settings. I'd gotten no help from that department and couldn't find it on the internet. She stayed on the phone with me, found exactly what I wanted and gave me the item number to type in to take me directly to the site. It's hard to get assistance most any day or time over the phone.
