211 North 26th Street, Gadsden AL 35904
“It maybe a out of date post office, and only have one persons that works up front. The guy up front is always cheerful when I come in. I would rather go to a small town post office then one the doesn't ask me about my day. Alabama city post office gets 5 stars from me.”

“the lady working the front counter was a delight and very good at her job! i didn’t realize this location was so small and i had quite the amount of mail to send off, but she was very understanding and helpful. ☺️”

“All the post-people, desk workers and others have always gone out of their way to help me since I have a rural carrier! Maybe the haters should try to be a little nicer to the employees of USPS! I have heard the way people talk to the workers at the USPS and these haters are simply rude!!”

1021 Piedmont Cutoff, Gadsden AL 35903
“The lady that normally works the front is fantastic and pleasant; she is always nice and works fast to get customers in and out quickly. I wanted to add my review here because, when we first moved here, I avoided getting a PO box at this location based on the terrible reviews posted beforehand. But I have always had very pleasant experiences when dropping off multiple packages, both with the regular lady at the front and with the woman who fills in for her regularly.”
