“I needed to have the bad battery in my friend’s car replaced. Chattanooga Firestone kinda gave me the runaround. I went to the Firestone in Gadsden and received too notch service, they replaced the battery free of charge under warranty. Chattanooga wanted to charge me $22 for the battery and $77 to install it. My friend has MS and Gadsden made the process easy for me to be able to help her.”
