Terrible location. No one should ever have to wait DAYS for a prescription to be filled.

Called this morning asking about my prescription they ran my insurance told me that it went thru and thru would get it ready for me that was at 10 this morning. I get off work at 5 remind u I live a hr away now and I drive down there stand in their long line inside just to be told there out of stock and it would be 3 more days before I could get them. I couldn’t have my script transferred to a different location either without my doctor calling it in to a different location. So why tell me ur gonna get it ready for me and run my insurance but u don’t even have it in stock or u had some and sold them and never got my script ready like u said hours before. Waste of my time and gas. If that was the issue I could have called my doctor this morning and had it sent somewhere else but instead I have to find out at 6 at night when there closed and there gone for the weekend. Horrible customer service. I’ve finally decided I’m done with Walgreens and I’ve always used them for myself and my children. Never again.

Have been a customer of Walgreens pharmacy for many many years. There has been a significant decline in customer service in the last year. The woman at the window today was very rude. Walgreens if prescriptions are not going to be ready until an hour after they are said to be ready the app should reflect that there will be a delay. Customers should be asked to pull around if their prescriptions are not ready and there are cars behind them. I was stuck in the line for 30 minutes behind a truck that did not pull around and there was no way I could get out of the line.

Pharmacy ReviewStaff: mostly always pleasant to interact with.Prescription stock: Every prescription my family has is constantly on manufacturer backorder, and of all the Walgreens locations in a 100 mile radius this specific location miraculously never has the medication(s) in stock, even after I request they confirm it's in stock before I submit my refills, or new prescriptions.I can understand that manufacturer issues are outside of this locations control, but please do not tell me you have my family's medications in stock/on hand then cancel my fills, or suddenly run out of stock and hour after I drop off the prescriptions. This is mismanagement at it's finest.Every month I'm chasing inventory around the state to keep my family's necessary prescriptions filled.I will be changing pharmacies at my earliest opportunity.

The girls that work here are always so short and nasty. They seem to enjoy being difficult. Changing pharmacies for sure.

I am increasingly happy with my experience here, the customer service I received has far exceeded my expectations in every way. Specifically, Mr. Elijah Woods needs to be given an immediate raise. He went above and beyond for me and my needs, and truly humbled me by the effort he put into fulfilling my requests, albeit under the unconventional circumstance I proposed them. I believe he sets the standard of which everyone should aim to follow in dealing with customers. He made my experience with this store, turn from what I thought would be a complicated one, into something very pleasant. Highly Recommend.

I will be changing pharmacies! Every single time I come in here to get medicine filled, they are completely rude all the way around. Even when they are answering the phones you can hear how hateful they are to everyone. Doesn't matter if I go through drive thru or go in. I get having bad days but this is every single time. If you don't like your job get a different job. It's not a single person it's every one of the pharmacy people, the people in the store are nice, but not in the pharmacy.

Drive thru drawer needs to be oiled. I had a sick baby in the car that had finally dozed off and the drawer was so loud. I was glad I didn’t have to get him out to go in.

I am giving this place a three star rating because I do not go to this pharmacy to get my Rx. I just came to see if they have any digestive enzymes because I was going out to eat with some friends and the restaurant were going to does not have any gluten free or dairy free products. I bought digestive enzymes from another pharmacy. I looked here in Walgreens in Meaghan BLVD, but they do not sell any. I have food allergies, Please start selling digestive enzymes.

Omg the pharmacy peeps were so rude and ignorant. The young lady that took my rx was scowling the whole time and just looked like she wanted to fight. Told me it would be 3 hours for them to fill my rx, after 3 hrs had passed I came back and was then told they didn't even have my rx in the store, that it was back ordered! I was fuming, honestly i just wanted to slap the girl across her ugly face. Normally you go to Walgreens and have a pleasant experience but this place seems to be having some sort of weird clique to it. You couldn't pay me to shop here again.....

Worst Walgreens store ever!Seems like everyone in the store are extremely rude especially the Pharmacy people they're always negative with their actions. So I give this store one star for poor customer service and horrible attitudes on a constant basis. You can tell that this place is a toxic working environment.

1. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but sometimes it’s enviable. 2. Wayne (nighttime manager) has made this review a must-do for me. 3. If Wayne had just put a smidgen more effort in, I would have been giving 5-star review, mentioning Wayne specifically.January 3, 2023 about 3 pm, I needed to get my visit to this location done, for my labs. Being an elderly, chronically sick person, (depending on others for transportation), I thought it would be a great idea to call LabCorp inside Walgreens, to make certain they had my order and make sure they were open; because of bad thunderstorms. Lab phone number that goes directly into this tiny office inside Walgreens stated ‘we are closed’. I didn’t believe this to be true, Called Walgreens number and asked the employee that answered the phone, pretty simple question, is the lab open? Answer: I don’t know “this is Walgreens”. That’s when I started to feel unimportant and basically neglected. So, I asked to speak to the manager. I was informed, I could speak to Wayne the nighttime manage. Sure, no problem, waited on hold for over 15 minutes. Customer Serv Pet peeve: if you know it’s going to take longer than a minute or two, get name, number and tell customer will call you back, so customer doesn’t have to waste time while you are looking for or trying to convince manager to come to the phone. Wayne finally picked up my call and asked me to explain over again, what I had already explained to the first person I talked to. Wayne said LabCorp is no part of Walgreens in any way and that I would need to contact LabCorp. I politely and factually recounted again that their phone is saying they are closed. He asked me to hold on, again. I held the line again for another 10 minutes. Wayne (Walgreens mgr) came back on the line and said they are open, but if I needed to speak with them, I would need to call the 800 corporate number. I called that number. LabCorp corp said they are getting the same msg, about them being closed and had no other suggestion than calling Walgreens because they rent space in their building. At this point, I know they are open. I am still trying to talk to Gadsden LabCorp because I need to make certain this trip is not a waste of time, if they don’t have the order. Of course Wayne mgr is still telling me, “it’s not my job and WG’s has nothing to do with LC.” I stated that I certainly understand these facts, but I just needed a tiny bit more help from Wayne. He was the only person I had access to at this point. He said he would go and ask them if they are open and if they have my order. Wayne returned to the phone (again another 7 minutes). Wayne states, LabCorp cannot talk to him about anything to do with me and that LabCorp is not allowed to ‘speak’ on the Walgreens phone. I am only being adamant because I have to have another person’s time and car to bring me. Wayne states it’s not his job and there’s nothing he can do about it. I told him, that I would be there shortly and would discuss other options he had (for the future). I hate that I had to go through this, but what really gets me is I could have been my father (who has cognitive disabilities and more pain than me). I want it to be easier for the next person. I come in the Walgreens door and a young male was at the register with no customers in sight, so I asked are you Wayne? He replied no, but I can call him up here for you. I said no that I could just speak with him, before I leave. I continued through the store, to the lab. I checked in on quiosk and my name came up on the electronic screen and disappears immediately. I figure not much more can go wrong, plus you can’t see or tell if anyone is in the lab or knows you’re there because there is a wall with no window and no communication between patient and lab staff. I had a few brief words with Wayne upon my leaving. “If this was your loved one, you WOULD HAVE got an answer about the order being there or not” Lab stated their phone was NOT broken, but Wayne should call number in front of them. Tiny extra effort.
