Robo phone answers calls. Hire a high school kid to answer your phone. Be community minded. Lab work sign in and waiting area has no hand cleansing dispensers. Attitude of the employees, it's a paycheck, says a lot about the company and manger of the store.

Wonderful staff, very professional, very welcoming! They're very quick, but you don't feel rushed. I had an excellent experience today and every day I go in to pick up whatever I need.
