Since they closed the Rainbow City branch have to go to Gadsden branch. The drive though teller is rude the manager didn't care when we called to complain. Tomorrow morning we will be closing accounts and moving on to Regions. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

I used the branch in Rainbow City. It closed and I was told an ATM would be available until the bank sold. They closed the ATM with no notification to us as customers and now I have no idea where to go other than Gadsden.

Really sad when you charge a person $10 to cash a check written by one of your customers. I will never do business with this bank. And they look down on non customers.
