“Played this course end of May 2026 and it was in great condition, particularly the fairways which were dense and plush. 5HC playing by myself so I played the purples (about 7k) for a challenge. I found the fairways to be gracious in size, often finding an errant drive in a better position than expected. The greens are where the challenge comes. While most are large, they are mostly elevated and multi-tiered, giving a false sense of security on approach shots.
For the price with a trail card it was definitely worth the drive from Birmingham and will plan to go back to play the 3rd nine. There isn’t much of anything else around, so if you’re playing the trail as a trip, don’t plan to stay after your round.”
