Cannot get any body on the phone. It wastes half your day then you just give up. When I did get someone she lied and didn’t even set up an appointment for me I wish there was a star less than one. I’d give it

Terrible service. They have lied to me so many times. I have spent countless time on the phone with them many times with no results. Never would I have an Xfinity phone service.
