“While the service at this place is satisfactory, the promotion of a "10 minute oil change" is deceptive. It may only take 10 minutes to drain and refill the oil, once you get your turn in line (which is usually backed up), but you can expect to be there at least 30 minutes on any given day and possibly longer on the weekends when demand is higher. I would suggest they just take the "10 Minute Oil Change" sign down. It's irritating when you feel like you have been lied to by poorly thought out advertisement.”

“Pep boys to the rescue. After towing my stalled car to dealership for servicing and it not being checked for over 5 days. I called to see about towing it to there. DJ advised me that I could schedule towing to PepBoys and the service charge will be billed to my services, instead of paying 2 separate bills. And their towing was cheaper than other nearby towing companies that I called. They got my car at 5:45pm and was able to tell me what was wrong by 6:30, and repaired by 2pm the next day! My only regret is not sending my car there when it broke down on a Sunday, would have saved me a week rental fee!”

“During my recent oil change for my Subaru Forester, some mistakes were made that required me to visit a Subaru dealership for corrective service, which resulted in a $700 bill. Fortunately, both Robert, the Auto Care manager, and the service manager promptly helped me report the issue at the front desk and took care of the payment.
Everyone makes mistakes — what matters is how they are handled afterward. While I probably won’t return here for future oil changes, I will continue shopping at Walmart. I truly appreciate the professionalism and accountability shown by the Walmart staff throughout this process, and I hope additional training can help prevent similar issues from happening again.”
