Hours: Avadian Credit Union started as Alabama Telco in 1934. We opened our doors with seven charter members and a capital base of $70. The "Telco" part of our name referred to the fact that we originally served only telephone company employees and their families. Our membership extended beyond the phone company years ago. We’ve grown even more since, and we changed our name to Avadian in 2015. One thing that didn’t change? Our founding principles. They are the same as they were in 1934.
