“Just opened my accounts here at the Gardendale branch. Came in a bit late, Carla took care of me 100%, answered all my questions and was friendly and professional. Victory (the teller) was also very helpful and friendly. By the time of this writing I've been at the bank for a week now and have had to call in a couple of times to ask questions and have always been met with the utmost courtesy. I can't say one negative thing about this bank. Not to mention the outstanding interest they offer (in this day and time). They also have Zelle, and I have my Money Market account now. Super happy with SouthPoint here in Gardendale. Online services are very easy to navigate as well.”

“This branch of Avadian CU is just wonderful!I take care of an elderly man that has banked with them for decades. Every time I have been there with or without him, they ALWAYS ask about him and they genuinely care. They also give excellent service and have always gone above and beyond when he or I have had questions. They even threw him a lil bday party years ago before he got so sick. the employees here are so knowledgeable and helpful no matter how simple or complicated your situation is. I just can't say enough good things about everyone that I've ever met that has worked at this branch.”
