“I had a very good salesman. He worked with me to be sure I had a good experience and received what I wanted and needed. He ordered my furniture and I received it before the promised date. I love my furniture.However I would give my delivery service maybe 2 stars and that is because they found my house and got the furniture in the door. That is a whole different story and I don’t have room to type it out.”

“Searched for 3 months for a couch to go in our new home after moving to the area. Stumbled across Blackwells furniture and so glad I did. First off, Mr Blackwell is a pure gem. He is helpful, knowledgeable and personable and quite funny! He was very patient with me as I had to think forever pulling the trigger on spending 3500 for couch. They are family owned business and will treat you like family!The delivery guys were absolute professionals too! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! If they don’t have what you need, they can order it which is what I had to do.”
“We have been searching for a couch for a while and one of our stops was at Standard Furniture in Center Point. The service and attention we received was amazing! If you’ve shopped for furniture lately you know the commissioned sales people hover around you and can be extremely annoying. Standard was the only place we went that honored our request to let us look. When we had a question we approached the sales person and she was wonderful, answered questions, prepared a quote, explained the protection plan and delivery details. We ultimately found what fit our needs best at a second favorite store but we will certainly shop at Standard Furniture in the future! Shout out to Quanita for all of her help!! She was terrific!”

Then, prior to leaving the store Kathryn stopped me, went into the back, and actually found the product that I was looking for for my son. “I don't know how other customers had a bad experience here. My experience was almost bad. But thanks to Kenny and Carlos, they went above and beyond. Was supposed to have a bedroom suit, matress and tv delivered. Upon delivery, no bedroom suit. I had sold mine already so I'm infuriated. The delivery driver, Carlos, called the store. Long story short, the next day, Carlos called and asked when he could bring my bedroom suit. I appreciate the professionalism, even after I snapped and making everything right. Thank you so much guys!!!”
