As I was historically crying with my daughters with me because my phone messed up and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it and after taking it to another store to fix and them wanting $400 this man fixed my phone within 3 mins of working on it and I couldn’t be more grateful. He held my youngest and told me to cry that I was perfectly fine this man was a blessing today and it was such a hard day for me he helped me tremendously!! “I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I'd just be sitting there but as long as he didn't have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.”
