“During my recent oil change for my Subaru Forester, some mistakes were made that required me to visit a Subaru dealership for corrective service, which resulted in a $700 bill. Fortunately, both Robert, the Auto Care manager, and the service manager promptly helped me report the issue at the front desk and took care of the payment.
Everyone makes mistakes — what matters is how they are handled afterward. While I probably won’t return here for future oil changes, I will continue shopping at Walmart. I truly appreciate the professionalism and accountability shown by the Walmart staff throughout this process, and I hope additional training can help prevent similar issues from happening again.”

“Went to get my serpentine belt, belt tensioner and idler pulleys change yesterday. One of my pulleys was bad and i believe my tensioner as well alot of movement in the belt and noise. “They went above what they needed to do. I took my car for a master cylinder recall. They replaced the booster and master cylinder. There was a recall on the blower motor for the air conditioner.
