“I recently took my Lexus ES 350 to Lexus Of Birmingham who told me I need a new Water pump and a couple other things. Charge was gonna be almost $2000. I called Jack at Express Oil and he said he would be glad to look at it. I have been working with Jack for over 25 years. He met me as I drove up with one of his best mechanics and told me he would check it out and let me know. Turns out all I needed was a gas cap to the tune of $75. It’s hard to find someone you trust these days and I trust Jack at Express Oil 100%. If you have any mechanical needs on your car Or SUV, Do not hesitate to take it to Express Oil on Highway 280 and see Jack.”

“Mr. Alex greeted me when I arrived at 7:00am. I noticed the Huffman location didn’t open until 7:30am. Alex was so kind and knowledgeable that he ask to see my sticker to check to see if they had the oil in the store and they did. I truly appreciate Mr Alex taking the time to make me feel important and honored my time. I stayed and meet Danyelle which assisted me in my oil change. Great service and I will return.”

“They had to trouble shoot after installing starter it still didnt crank. Tre was super polite nice guy and the manager took good care to make sure my truck was fixed
..Super good people brought in a mechanic BUDDY from a different store he knew my truck issue was a ground wire and got it running..fixed leak in radiator filled it up and got me on the road. They close at 5 it was 6 pm.when I got out of there Buddy went above beyond to help me my truck didnt want to run!, They were so helpful so I wasnt stuck there all weekend with a horse in the parking lot. I don't live around there and I had a horse on my trailer and they spent all day and into 6:00 p.m. fixing my truck I sure appreciate these men you have no idea...”

“I had a really great experience with Green Garage. My Volkswagen was having several computer issues and some other relatively minor issues, and I’d heard good things about Green Garage, so I gave them a call.
My car is running perfectly now, so they did all of that work well, but what stood out to me most was the service. The lobby was clean, cool (it was really hot outside) and welcoming. Everyone I met was friendly and not at all condescending. Having car trouble is never a fun experience, but they made it as comfortable as possible.
I also love that they were very clear about the repairs, and they communicated them really clearly. I signed up for text messages, so they texted and emailed me my quote with a clear explanation of what was going on, and I could sign right there and approve the work. I have a lot of meetings during the day, and it’s tough to get out of them to take a phone call, so this was super convenient, and it meant I was able to approve the work and they could get started on it even when I didn’t have time to talk.
They had most of the work done same-day and I could’ve taken my car home at the end of the day. I ended up asking for something else, so they had it one more day, but it was still extremely quick.
I know how hard it is to find a mechanic that you can trust, who’s friendly and competent and doesn’t make you feel stupid, and I’m really thankful that I’ve found one in Green Garage.”

“We chose Riverchase Collision Repair because of its high ratings and we experienced excellent service ourselves. I called and the lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful. We were able to take the car in that day for inspection and an estimate. It was quick and easy and I received a quote back very quickly. We took the car in and the repairs were made…it looks great! The car was completed and returned to us in the promised time frame. The price was fair and reasonable. Actually, it was much less than I had anticipated. We would highly recommend!”

It can be a very stressful experience doing such a task on the road, but we forgot that we were even getting our oil changed and were just enjoying their conversation and hospitality!

“Great work, great price! Took my car in on Monday for new rotors, brakes and tires. Serviced the engine and had it back by Wednesday morning. (I was on vacation so time wasn’t a problem.) They called and kept me updated throughout, they were very professional and courteous. I have been to several places with different vehicles over the past few years and something always goes wrong. It is comforting to finally have somewhere to go that offers peace of mind.”
“They went above what they needed to do. I took my car for a master cylinder recall. They replaced the booster and master cylinder. There was a recall on the blower motor for the air conditioner. They replaced that too. I had it replaced s year and a half ago. It's restored my confidence in Ford. This dealership changed ownership last year and it changed for the better.”
“We purchased an F-250 from Paul Mayes and took delivery in December 2023. The pricing we were given was the exact price we paid with no processing fees or additional charges. We ordered the truck earlier in the year and Paul was upfront about delivery taking a few months from the order date. We were kept abreast of updates on the order status while the truck was being built and shipped.When the truck arrived at the dealership, Paul reviewed all the features and answered any questions we had and the managers wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the sales process (which we were).We would not hesitate to make an additional purchase in the future from Long-Lewis and also would recommend them for anyone looking to buy a Ford.”
