“This post office is much much much better than the Birmingham Carrier Facility Downtown. They need to let the staff from this office help those running the larger distribution downtown. Always kind and helpful at this location. They actually make personal calls to ensure complaints are handled and fixed even when they weren't the staff directly responsible for the issues to begin with. I will continue to use this location for business.”

“April is our carrier and she is phenomenal. Goes above and beyond. I had a package go missing on a Saturday when our usual carrier was off and I filed a claim.
