“I love coming here. It is clean and the staff are friendly enough. The only problem is there is too much on the racks. You have to FIGHT the RACK. And it makes it hard on older people. By the time you go down a row of items and you PUSH and PULL you are give out! Older people dont enjoy going because its too much work. They should spread out more racks...? And they hang pants lopsided so you have to constantly pull them out to see them? Then they fall off, then you WORK there trying to hang everything up that has fell off....Pants are $9 now? Thats a bit much. Alot of things are priced reasonable though. But its funny to me how they think Under Armour, Talbots and Chicos should be overly priced??? If I wanted to pay $20 for a pair of Talbots pants I would go to their store and get a brand new pair! I been coming her over 25 years. Its also in a good location. But you can't afford to leave with a buggy full like you could a few years back. They could move alot more stuff if the prices were lower. But still I go!”

“One of the most fabulous thrifts stores that I have ever been in! I've been thrifting since I was a child (in the 70's & 80's) along with all over the country, throughout the years, including when I lived in Southern Cali (I'm from Wisconsin) And by far, this truly is the best. The people are sweet. The selection is eclectic & fabulous along with exceptional organization! It's a beautiful hidden gem where you never know what you are going to find.”

“I have always loved Goodwill but this particular location is really special. I found tons of beautiful garments that were in excellent shape and unique. Can't wait to go back. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a pleasant shopping experience.”

“This is still one of my favorite thrift stores. It’s huge, and the prices are very reasonable. The only downside is the lack of fitting rooms, which can be frustrating. If you’re local, you can take items home to try on and return what doesn’t fit, but since I live farther away, that’s not really an option for me.”

“Great thrift store but like everything prices are higher than Im used to seeing. Better than paying full price but if thrift store price is just as much or close to what i pay regularly, then I tend to pause. Shop wisely and find those good deals. The staff is great and most things are priced clearly.”

“I am a frequent shopper of Restore stores. I traveled to this one, which is about an hour away from me after going to my one right up the street because Irondale store is much larger and had a bigger selection due to the area. They did have a lot of inventory however, I found their prices to be on the higher side. Especially for used material. Example- $200 for a door that is not in excellent condition or anything special. I saw doors for $600-$800 as well. Things you could get brand new at your Home Depot or Lowes store for less. Just to give you comparison- I usually pay $ 75 or less for doors at Restore unless its something custom made or fantastic. The people there were extremely nice and helpful. I just found prices at this store to be excessive for a Restore.”

“It has recently reopened under very helpful staff and has good selection of different items. I purchased a couch at a very low price and they delivered it across Birmingham while also picking up my older couch and items for donation. I hope they continue to do reach goals and help good causes.”

“My favorite thrift store, always decently clean. Good selection of just about everything. Plus all the employees are very nice and helpful. The furniture is a little overpriced though.”
