“This will be my go to place for any body work from now on. Recently needed minor rock damage repaired on my brand new truck and other shops estimated almost 4x as much as Blair by adding on fees for unnecessary "sensor recalibration".
Blair was a fair price, got the job completed to perfection in the amount of time they said they would and even gave my truck a bath before I picked it up.

“Very professional and easy to work with. We worked with Layken Houk, who was very easy to work with abs very knowledgeable about the car and the process. The process for buying a car can sometimes be a laborious task that can drag on all day. They were able to do the leg work on financing, etc. before we arrived and filing our the paperwork was relatively painless.
It took us a little longer because Todd Thomas and the team involved are good people and easy to engage in conversation, so it was a mix of talking, laughing, and business. If you're looking for a relatively relaxing environment to shop for and purchase a car, give Team One Hyundai a try.”

“Big shoutout to Ronnie Watkin's "Quick Lane" service. I took our Lincoln here for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check on a few of the basics like battery, brakes and alignment. I was greeted by Shawn who was helpful. I had put off coming here for maintenance for some time as the prices weren't clear to me on their website. There's a way to schedule service online, but oddly "Lincoln" isn't a Make on the drop-down menu. I'm assuming if it was, the price would show. Out the door, I paid $72.99 for the oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. No one tried to sell me on any services I didn't need - pretty fair price for going to the dealer, IMHO. Normally, I go across the street for a 10 minute oil change and pay around the same, but don't get the tire rotation or any of the checks I mentioned. Total side note - I was also super impressed with how clean their restrooms were. Quick Lane is open for service 7:30AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday and 8:00AM-3:00PM on Saturdays - no appointment necessary. While I wasn't sold on the "quick" aspect, I do believe my service was thorough and worth the price.”

Both were knowledgeable and helpful. Store was clean and easy to find some stuff I needed. I will be back here again. Better experience compared to other parts stores.”

“The customer service I have received is probably the best I have ever gotten from any company. About 11 years ago I took over a hot rod project that my father started. He originally purchased a radiator, but he ordered the wrong one by mistake. Years later, I contacted them to explain that he ordered the wrong one and asked about exchanging for the correct one. They exchanged with absolutely no issues and I only had to pay shipping. I am now getting around to assembling the hot rod and sent an email at 7pm on a Sunday to inquire about a shroud and electric fan setup to fit their radiator. I got an email back almost immediately to work out the details. I just received the shroud and it looks and fits perfect. The product is excellent but the customer service was even better!”

Another employee continually condescended to the one helping me, while winking and grinning at me as if I would appreciate his comments. The young man helping me did his best to ignore the other and never responded to his comments. The episode made me uncomfortable.”
